Reading and listening comprhension experiences

I can notice two main problems in this paragraph: the first one is syntax. When I composed this text I was thinking about Spanish syntax, that’s why I wrote: “the exercise of comprehension” instead “comprehension exercise” and also “the most of structures” rather “most of the structures”. The second one is grammar. I committed a few mistakes when I conjugated present and past tense forms, like “don’t know” instead “didn’t know” and “understood” instead “understand”

Listening exercise experience.

I don’t felt prepare to this test.  I couldn’t understand all that people said and for that reason I confused the subjects that they talked about because I understood one or two sentence well and I answer according  that, but the sentence that I choose don't summarize all the meaning of fue conversation.

Response to Sid Efromovich's speaker suggestions

When Sid Efromovich stars talking about  he learning process, I felt great empathy with him. My experience it's mostly hard because when I commit mistakes I see it like a tragedy instead try to learn, relax and fun, for that reason, the first tecnique it's very good advice and I want try it. The most interesting tip is "Scrap the foreing alphabet" because I always suppose that when learn a new word you should relate the sound and the characters and then used to the differences between the languages. I never think about this point like Sid Eformovich.

Sometimes, I try to practice with shower conversations, it's very useful, but also hard, it's a reflection and self-evaluation work that occasionally cost more than tradicional learning strategies. The fifth tecnique it's my biggest challenge because I'm very shy and the conversations, even with spanish speakers, are demanding, but I really want get better in this poínt and take advantage of face-to-face classes.

Results of learning styles questionnaire

Based on the results of the questionnaire, I see why, sometimes, I have troubles to retain new information of shortly and superficial lessons and I don't dedicate enough of time to study and think about that. I read the strategies and I think it's very important change my study habits for resolve  the dfficulties and keep the balance.

I wil try to enjoy more the experience of learning a second language, considering my abilities and avoid the problems that I can resolve chancing learning strategies, so this test help me to see and analyze my position at the moment and motivate me, because this time when I confront a dificulty, I will make over my method and feel that I going on.
